"I'M COMIN' HOME" is from the original musical Writing Arthur Danby. Bell Hollow is a fictional 1850's Irish village in a book written by the recluse, shut-in, Arthur Danby. Allana Reilly is the fictional heroine of the novel, but, lately, Allana doesn't like the way Arthur has been telling her story. Tonight, she's decided to do something about it, so she steps out of the book and challenges Arthur to do better, be inspired... to write like he used to.

As the night progresses, Allana's challenges throw Arthur into a downward spiral (see: writer's block). So, he does what any semi-sane, desperate, blocked writer WOULD do... he steals from his own life Arthur and haphazardly throws a brand new character into the book for the first time in over 20 years.

Suddenly, a letter falls from the ceiling of Allana's parent's cottage and into her mother's shaking hands. Just then, a fresh-faced laddie falls quite literally from the sky. His name is Declan, he's Allana's brother, and much to everyone's surprise, he's comin' home.
